NEW 2017: MatchUp! - the matchmaking feature exclusively for EXPO REAL participants, is the ideal networking platform for exhibitor representatives, visitors, students and press representatives in the EXPO REAL app. Based on your interests (tags), which you select when you order your ticket, the community offers you ideal conditions for networking with potential business partners - personalized and to the point - MatchUp! Anybody who registers will benefit.
Only registered trade fair participants can participate in MatchUp! These include:
Exhibitor representatives for whom tickets have been ordered.
Visitors with their own tickets
Students/trainees/apprentices with their own tickets
Accredited press representatives with their own tickets
Please note that you can unfortunately not participate in MatchUp! without a valid ticket for this event. You can only use the freely accessible basic functions.
In addition to a valid ticket a confirmed my.EXPOREAL user account is required.
Following your registration you will receive an email. It contains the link for the confirmation of your my.EXPOREAL user account.
Step 3: Activate MatchUp! in the EXPO REAL app
Log in with your my.EXPOREAL user account either directly with the first start or via the main menu item 'My profile' in the app. As soon as you have logged in, you can activate MatchUp! under 'My profile' or directly under the menu item 'MatchUp!' by scanning in your ticket code.
If you have purchased an EXPO REAL ticket, but have not yet approved publication in the trade fair directories, please send an email to email@example.com. The registration team can activate the publication for you.
If you want to use MatchUp! in the EXPO REAL app, you have to register in my.EXPOREAL. This allows you to actively use the Exhibitor Directory, e.g. to save favorites or to synchronize this process with the EXPO REAL app.
Log into the Online Exhibitor Directory with your my.EXPOREAL user account. Via the my.EXPOREAL dropdown menu you can create a new password under 'My details'. You can also delete your my.EXPOREAL user account there.
Your ticket has been canceled. To log in or register again, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call the hotline at tel. +49 89 949-11628.

If you are a visitor, student or press representative, Messe München will send you the ticket by email after your ticket order has been placed successfully or you have been accredited.
